I have had an unlimited talk/data plan for many years and I have been happy up until they were bought by Dish. Dish changed my plan from unlimited without telling me first. If you sign up for Boost I promise you will be very unhappy and disappointed! I encourage all current Boost customers to cancel and switch to a better carrier! Worst company ever!
I have spent numerous hours trying to order a phone online with the boost up program. The order went through and money was taken out but each time the order was cancelled. I've call them on several occasions attempting to get answers and they give several different answers from we don't know to credit. Policy states no credit check so how is it credit? They had my email wrong, they took my money. I've been with this company for 9 years and they treat me like this? Don't ever subject yourself to this company even to save money. Find better and let this company get shut down
I was a faithful customer to Virgin Mobile for 13 plus years. I love the no-contract deal. The service was great never had any major issues with them. My monthly bill was $35.00 a month. Virgin Mobile went out of business and switch everything to Boost April of 2019. Ever since the switch month after month, it has been a disaster. The same data plan I had with Virgin should have switched over to Boost. Every close to the end of the month I was running out of Data and because I purchased a new car in 20/20 with no cd player, I now have to stream for music so that forced me to upgrade to Unlimited data for Boost. It works maybe 35% of the time. And on Cloudy or rainy days forget it. I am now obligated to spend $55 a month not get to enjoy the service I'm paying for. This for sure is a terrible business absolutely no empathy for their customers. Especially in the middle of a crisis. They ought to be ashamed of themselves charging people for services that they are NOT getting.
Payed over 200$for phone and services with BOOST MOBILE UNLIMITED DATA, TEXT, TALK 65$ a month HALF WAY IN THE MONTH MY SERVICES WERE CUT IN HALF (said I used my LIMIT ON DATA) WANTED ME TO PAY MY BILL IN ORDER TO GET FULL SERVICE BACK,,,, TOTAL RIP OFF, THEN I WANTED THEM TO UNLOCK THE PHONE SO COULD GO ELES WHERE (NEW CARRIER) I HAVE TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT ACTIVATE FOR A YEAR BEFORE THEY CAN DO THAT SO I BOUGHT A PHONE THAT DOESN'T EVEN BELONG TO ME. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN BOOST MOBILE!

Boost Mobile is horrible. I've overlooked the spotty coverage for years since I was paying only $30 for 5Gb of data a month. Lately my phone has been angry, so I decided to get a new one. I bought it from the Boost Mobile website to assure it would work with my plan. I got it 8 days ago. I left it on my porch for a few days due to covid concerns. When I went to swap the phones on the website, it told me I would have to change my plan. It would have to start paying $50 a month to use this phone. When I called boost mobile and pressed buttons for over 20 minutes trying to get to a live person, I ask to return the phone. I was told the phone needs to be returned within 10 days. I called on day 8, but apparently they include the days it takes for them to ship it, so I was at day 13. They said there is no way they could take the phone back. I have never heard of any company including the time they take to ship out an item counting towards the customer's time to return it. I bought it through Boost Mobile to make sure it would work with my phone. I could have bought it from amazon for less and had 30 days to return it. I have been with boost mobile for over 10 years. I am so upset by their FU attitude that I will be changing phone companies. Obviously Boost Mobile has become absolute crap since it switched from Sprint to Dish owning them.
They charge more on the card and they don't credit you! They stole from me $50. No one should touch this service
Boost used to be great but the last 2 months, and particularly in August, the service has been terrible. Boost actually blames the customer for their poor data service, because they don't want you to know that they are throttling your supposedly unlimited data down to 3G or worse. Some of your apps will not even work. It is time to go elsewhere. Bye, Boost!
I paid my monthly payment and 2days later I had no data and it was unlimited I called the office in Troy Mo. And they did nothing for me so I called customer service and that sucked so boost you freaking suck $#*!s my husband has been with the company for over 20 years and this month has been the worst ever for him I've only been with them for 2 months we are looking for another company has am texting so GOOD BYE boost.
So I have been using Boost mobile since like 2017 and it was the best cell phone provider until now. I have two phones through Boost Mobile, one is a phone and the other acts as a modem for my internet. Since 2017, I have had great internet with one of my phones through Boost Mobile that I use for my modem, and then today, my browsers on my computer start going slow out of nowhere. I called Boost Mobile to find out why my phone i use for my internet was going slow and found out they ended unlimited 4G and we only get 35 GB of data per month. Why? Why the heck has Boost mobile put a limit on data for 4G? What good is a 4G phone without unlimited data? So then Boost Mobile told me I have to buy more data at 1 GB per purchase. What good is 1 GB of data? 1 GB of data would only last a couple of hours if that when using a 4G phone as a modem. We need unlimited data for 4G and that is why we decided to use Boost Mobile! Boost Mobile is so going to lose a lot of customers due to limiting data for 4G. Nobody wants a honky phone that has limited data for 4G and to only be able to purchase 1GB of data for 4G at a time!

Wow! Excellent service Madeline provided, she was extremely knowledgeable of all the products. She got the best deal for me and was so patient. By the way the store is impeccable! Her boss Carlos is amazing! I recommend this establishment to you all!
This has been the worst service ever this month. I have been contacting them since the 3rd of August and these people dont even tell you the truth at first they blame it on the tower then the next week they try to trouble shoot your phone and it still end up acting up I have two lines with them and I feel like I have been robbed of my money this month is my final month with them even if I have to pay a little extra each month for my bill
Boost Mobile brought out Virgin Mobile and my mother's account was moved to Boost where it's got Worse. No communication at all, no grace period to add money to your account. On 8/13/2020 Boost took $157.30 from her account with no email sent to let me know it was time to top up the account.
I have called Customer Service several times with no help at all. There is no grace period to add money to your account if you have any balance they will take it from you. Stay away from this company!

I have been a Boost customer for over 5 years. I had no phone or text service for 5 days. I was first told cell tower was having issues. Then told it was a cell tower enhancement finally got service back but any internet usage is super slow. Do not use Boost. Cannot talk to a person. They just keep you jumping through hoops and nothing changes!
All I can say is I'm done with this company customer service sucks real bad and now a data cap really I never got any kind of warning and I'm a over the road truck driver. I've paid my last bill with this company I'm out so warning to anyone considering signing up for boost/sprint/dish DON'T!

They will not reimburse you even if they made an error. Then they will not allow to replace a phone if you are out of state visiting. They hang up so much for customer service. They also transfer you to wrong departments so you be on the phone for way over an hour. Heres proof of my screenshot of the boost customer service number which i am now on hold again with the 3rd person.
I ran outa data the first day I got it, 2 g service till the next month, I call to see if I can upgrade and they give me the run around for 2 hours then tell me I can only upgrade my "unlimited plan" to an extra 10 more gs, so how is it unlimited if I have to buy more?, anyways the lady hung up on me after being on hold for hours because she was frustrated... imagine how I felt. Terrible service never again will I waist my money on that rather give it to a homeless person
