The service is terrible! Everything buffers, even after paying my bill. I'm lucky to have 2 bars visible. Cant make calls at all from work.
Aug 2,2020 I tried to upgrade my phone using my boostup rewards. And when I checked on August 3, my order had been cancelled without notifying me that it was cancelled because my mailing address didn't match my credit card address so I had them updated my mailing address and had them reprocess the order the second time, and I was told that I would be receiving an email with a link to e-sign and finalized my contract. August 5th I received the email but when I clicked on the link it couldn't find the page, so i call boost again and spiked to a rep, btw I could barely understand the rep because they was from another country also all I could hear on the background was dogs barking and a baby. The rep told me that he would reset the link and send it to me again but it could take 24hrs for me to receive the email well when I received the email same thing the could not be found. So I call again this time the rep told me I could go on my boost account and do the e sign, so I did that and after I have done that I called boost to make sure everything is good to go and the rep assured me that all is good and that I would be getting the phone via regular shipping, after I got off the phone I logged on to my boost account to check order status and it was cancelled oh I spent over 3 hours one day calling boost. So on August 8 I had to reprocess the order again and since I couldnt check status I called and the rep gave me 100% assurance that all is good and that my phone will be shipped. So could the next morning and they have told me that it had been cancelled, and they don't know why. I have checked with my credit card company and everything was good on their end. So, I'm giving up on boost and going with another carrier. The reps are incompetent and liars. Dont go with boost! Oh I wanted to give 0 star.
Me and my family had boost for a few years now but for the past 3 months we've been having problems with the connection because it has been really slow and what's worse is that when we call the costumer care some of the rudely hang up on us. They even reduced our data without notifying us. We had unlimited data but about 5 days later after paying our usual monthly payments we were told we used all our data so our data went from 4G LTE to 2G, which is slow as $#*!. And what sucks even more us the fact that there is no logical explanation behind why that was happening. In conclusion Boost Mobile has become trash. Plain trash.
My Galaxy 8 plus recently quit working and as a result I bought an A 11 at boost, love it the service is great the phone bigger and clearer. I paid a fraction of the cost I paid for the 8 plus and I am so enamored of this A 11. Thanks boost!
My son had purchased an expinsive phone through them. He thought he might have less issues if he got it through them seeing as how we had virgin Mobile, and he was unsure about trying to purchase a phone another way. I'm just going to say don't buy a phone from their website. From the moment he got the phone, it had some factory defects. So I called within the 7 to 10 day warranty time and requested a new phone. I spoke to 3 different people who gave me the run around for several days till it ran out. Now I'm stuck with a garbage phone with no solution. Please Connor buy a phone from them.
I tried Boost because they had the sim I needed. Worse mistake I've ever made. Between dropped calls, not getting calls and texts and spending time online trying to resolve issues i was having. The straw that broke it all was a recent trip to NJ, dropped calls, no network available, no data but when I got lost and had no GPS and a prompt that said " Not registered on the network". I was done. BM is the worse company I've ever dealt with. I called to let them know what was happening, the first guy hung up, 2nd lady couldn't her me 3rd was Catlin. I explained to her my issues, she skipped right over my issues and started talking about expediting getting it fixed. No I want to cancel and get a refund. No refund yet they withdrew my monthly fee not even 5 days ago. Boost Mobile your company and service sucks
I bought a Samsung phone for my grandson off the Boost Mobile site, paid $900.00 for the phone and it has not worked since I bought it. I call the Help Desk and they couldn't help so they connect me to a tech that can't help either. I have been to the Boost Mobile store three times and she was very helpful but could not help me because she had to go through the same process that I did. Boost told me to take it to a Samsung Rep and I did, the rep told me that it is a
Boost network issue. I would like a phone that works or my money back but they keep ignoring me and giving me the run around. I had one tech tell me he was going to escalate the problem and someone would contact me in 72 hours and once again nothing. No one has called me. It very frustrating to pay for a product when the company will not stand behind it. I have wasted so much time and days missed from work to get this issue resolved. I guess the next stop is small claims court.

Boost didn't offer any help during Covid-19. Nice. People are dying but can't call their worried family. No jobs ~ no money then you can't pay phone or other bills. I'm very disappointed.

They are the biggest bunch liers. Bought 180 phone plus insurance. They don't tell you the I surance isn't good for first 30 60 days. There customer service is rude. They don't try to help solve problem. They all need to go stop being so inconsiderate. I will never deal them every I won't recommended them to anyone.
The coverage is very spotty especially for internet. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. They keep your phone locked for a whole year until it can be changed to different provider and that should be against the law.
Don't waste your money. You will not get connected, no matter where your location is. The signal is extremely weak. Customer service stinks. The only reason I am giving one start is because there is no other option.
Was with Boost 10 years. They sold and changed their towers (supposedly building new ones}. I lost service as did most of area. They told me I needed to buy a new phone and I did. Still no reception. Then they told me about the change that caused the problem with no relief in sight for months. I had to go to a different carrier. The new company could not use the new phone I just purchased because Boost puts a lock on their phones for 1 year. Boost will not remove the lock. I am going to take them to small claims court. Their customer support is non-existent.
From the moment I switched to Boost has been a nightmare. Their call quality is horrendous and cuts in & out all time. Their data service is the worst ever. It lags when it works, but for the most part doesn't work half the time. Their customer service is by far the worst part of Boost's services. They don't communicate with one another when transferring you to a 'tech' support operator, so your repeating the same information over to someone new every time they transfer you... And that's after being on the phone with them for 2 hours already. Their LIVE representatives are only live for certain hours of they day and they keep you on hold for extensive amounts of time so that when they don't fix your problems, they schedule a callback in 48 to 72 hours because everyone has logged out of their systems and unavailable. So if you have an issue of no data connection, they troubleshoot you to the point of ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE SERVICE AT ALL. I switched to Boost because I wanted to unlimited data with hotspot. My mistake!
I will NEVER recommend BOOST MOBILE to anyone and will be switching my service to a different provider as soon as possible.

If your looking for a good service provider, I do recommend Metro PCS by T-Mobile. I always had good experiences with them and regret ever changing services.
The photo I attached has been the the screen of my phone for near 3 hours at the time I write this post. I can't even go to my home screen anymore since they began "TROUBLE SHOOTING".
My phone only has one bar they are Very unprofessional not just one but all I went to never fixed my service with a new phone I purchased in store. Called customer service all they is put you on hold Boost Sucks!
Before switching to Boost Mobile I checked their coverage map and it said that the service would be excellent where I'm located. It is Terrible! And the phone I purchased through them is not available for data roaming... which I didn't find out till I spoke with a representative regarding my data issue. So now I either have to sell the phone and start fresh or keep Boost for 12 months in order for the phone to be unlocked.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I have been with boost for at least 10 years. About 2 years ago, I bought an IPhone 8 outright from the apple store. I had it replaced last December. I am currently trying to switch to a new phone provider and Boost has my phone locked. When I called them the first 4 times, they repeatedly told me that my phone was not locked. I have called them at least 8 times now and found out that due to a new policy, they have it locked. Even though they advertise as a month to month plan, they now require you to have 12 consecutive months before unlocking a phone, even if it was not purchased from them. Because I had the phone replaced, my time restarted in December 2019 and will not be eligible for unlocking until December 2020. I have been waiting on a call back from a manager for the last 3 days, I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. If I would have known of this new policy, we would have canceled our plans a long time ago. I just got off an hour and 10 minute phone call with them and they ended up transferring me to apple to assist with unlocking the phone. Apple cannot assist with this issue.
I have been with boost mobile for 15 years and I am very disappointed in the service the last few years. I live in a rural area and I have had no problem with my cell service for 2 years. Now all of a sudden in the last year I have had no service where i live. I have reached out to boost many times about this and its always the same story which is they are working on the cell towers. Well this has been there story for the last year and i find it hard to believe they have been working on the towers for a year. I asked them to unlock my phone so I can seek service elsewhere and they wont do it. They said they were going to send me a new sim card for my phone (which I explained its not my phone as it works just fine in other cities) but they never did send me a sim card. They never let me speak to a supervisor as they tell me I will get a phone call from one but i never do, so just more lies. I have not had a phone for weeks and they refuse to give me a discount so here we are, I cant switch my provider cause they wont unlock my phone and I cant get ahold of a supervisor and I am always lied to and I cant get a discount. Thanks boost mobile for treating your long time customer this way. Oh and this is the first review I have ever written in my life but I felt people needed to know how boost operates.
We went to a Boost mobile store to inquire about plans. When we asked if we could use our current phone we were told "no problem." We inquired about the plans, then said we were interested in one particular plan. The rep then took some information and quoted us a price well above the plan price we had asked about In addition, she told us that we would need to purchase a phone from Boost - even though she had told us earlier that we could use our own phone. We told her we were not interested. Later I discovered that she had set up a Boost account, "trapped" our current number, and the company told us we would need to pay $67 to get the number back. After 7 hours on the phone with a variety of reps, and constant pleas to talk to a manager, the account was finally taken down. But because we refused to pay $67 for something we never used and never agreed to, we were unable to recover our phone number. They are thieves.
I ost my phone under boost Mobile plan and forgot my pin so boost is telling me that my service has to stay active until it ends. This is the only option they provide in order to report my phone lost or to suspend my service. I'll never use boost again in my life. Bad service!
