Boost mobile sucks

Yeah so I ordered my phone 15 days ago and since then I have yet to get my phone turned on I called 4 customer services and they get me half way I guess. Then they hang up on me. I don't not recommend boost mobile at all to anyone who likes good service if it was the crappiest service that you are looking for I recommend boost mobile cause they absolutely suck so bad and are horrible people. I do not wish anyone to get boost cause they are bad phone services and I now curse you boost

In August my S8 started getting bad connection. BM support hold me it had to be the phone, I needed a new one. Ordered a S10, even paid to have it delivered next day. I never got a order confirmation or order number via email, but the phone arrived, so I didn't fret. Activated it the night it arrived and low and behold the service was just as bad as on the S8. In fact it was so bad I had to go to the local park to get a signal strong enough to call them because the chat representative told me I had to call in order to ask for a refund. Sent the S10 back the next day, asked for my S8 to be unlocked so that I could switch services, and was told that refund procedures had started. It might take up to 4 weeks. I thought my nightmares were over. But now 8 weeks later I still haven't received my refund. I called once before but was told to be patient. Called again today. Was asked for my order number, which I told them was never emailed to me. After an hour on hold, with the UPS tracking number, they found the package i guess and I was told they were starting the refund procedures. I told her that i had been told 8 weeks ago that those procedures were started, but she just said that hadn't been. So after waiting for 8 weeks I now have to wait again for them to return the money. This company is a joke.

Finding Boost's customer service is time consuming. Even the chat is useless. My wireless service is bad. I have called 3 times and nothing has improved. Finally, I asked to cancel and to unlocked my phone to find out there is a "contract" when you buy a new phone. I paid in full. No installments so it should be simple to cancel whenever I want because this is a prepaid service with no contracts. I filed a complaint with the BBB and we are now playing phone tags. Terrible company. I want my phone to be unlocked to switch to a better provider. Don't do business with Boost Mobile.

UNLIMITED IS A JOKE!

1-They have no idea what unlimited means so I sure wouldn't reccomend it. 2- Insurance? They don't know what that is either. 3- If they out you on hold, you may as well hang up and start over! 4- Ask to speak to a supervisor... good luck! I could keep going but I'm runnin out of space and I still unfortunately have a boost mobile phone until the end of the month! Good luck peeps!

Rude customer service

Talked to 4 agents who treated me like complete shot and basically called me stupid! 4 rude agents. Seriously get your shot together. How are u ok mistreating paying customers!? We will be looking for a new carrier

I have been with Boost Mobile for 20 years and I got me a new LG k51 phone from boost mobile.com I love the phone but I hate the services from Boost Mobile I pay $50 a month for unlimited data talk and text when I paid my bill October 2nd 2020 12 Days Later I have no data they take all of my data away and I pay for unlimited data talk and text when you reach ******* megabytes reduce your speed to 0 so I have no data for three weeks until I get my disability check on November 3rd so every month when you pay your bill you're thinking that you're getting unlimited data you're not they will reduce your speed of data to zero that means you can't get into your Gmail account your bank account or any other apps that you have on your phone until you pay your next bill to get your data back for another 12 days and then they reduce your speed to 0 I recommend that nobody gets Boost Mobile if you are like me you watch movies on your phone listen to music on your phone you can't get into your Gmail account your bank account and other apps i am going with t mobile next month november 3rd 2020 i have been fighting with boost mobile customer service they are hopeless

People are the worst and the phone service sucks. Rip off monthly and cant make a call when I really need to. Avoid boost mobile at all costs! I hope one of their employees wakes up gets revenge for how all have been screwed by this company. Terrorists at best or the devil himself!

Where 2 begin? I switched to boost 2months ago All Their promotions totally suck Equally as much as their service. If you enjoy buffering then boost mobile is for you... I will be changing providers this next week. It's Just so sad that boost mobile will Screw disabled senior Veterans just as fast as they will All Americans during this pandemic & difficult time in America. Hey they are from Australia... The worst part of rating for review purposes is You Must Rate 1 Star. Boost doesn't deserve ANY STARS.js

DO NOT get a plan with boost. If you are with them finish your 12 months and GET OUT. They have been bought out by dish and their coverage is about to become serious trash especially for 4G and higher. Unlimited won't mean nothing and eventually they will become a nightmare now especially going into 2021. T-Mobile took over sprint in July 2020 and they don't like Boost so any phone over 10 will not be reliable and all phones will have worse coverage as each day comes until they file for bankruptcy.

Bad service

My daughter was in a car accident tonight and because of boost mobile who has awful cell phone service could not make a call to me or 911. Thankful for the person she was with who had a different cell phone service was able to call 911 and me. I'm getting a new phone and a new cell phone carrier. Thanks for nothing boost mobile. Your loosing 4 cutomers

I ordered a phone on sale and it never arrived.the web site kept telling me to call customer service, but how was I supposed to do that with out a phone? After three weeks I finally gave up and bought another phone and it came in three days. That was august 10th and today is september 14th. I have called them probably called 25 times since. I bought the first phone on sale for 85$, second was not on sale@ 107$. They have hung up on me, laughed at me, made fun of me and exspectted me to tell them where the missing phone is. I feel after one month its not my problem where the phone is or hunt it down, its boosts problem not mine. Needless to say they will not refund the 107 I payed for the second phone since I deserve to pay the sale price. But they will not even refund any money. Like I am going to pay for two phones. These people really suck.

On Tuesday September 8th I sent a friend of mine to Boost Mobile to sign me up. Because I could not make it. While he was there, he had the person on Phone with me and all he asked was my IMEI number. Not once did he asked if I wanted a new phone.
Only found this out afterwards that if I was with Verizon that if I switched into boots mobile I would get a new phone. What back in and spoke to the person on Friday and he told me it was too late I had to get a new phone when I signed up. I explain to him that he never asked me If I wanted new phone and that I could get a free one because I was coming from Verizon. He offered to show me another phone and I told him why should I pay for something I was supposed to get for free so do. On September 12 I called Boost Mobile at 12:00 p.m., and spoke to Rashmi. She assured me she understood my situation and sent me to a store in Farmville and they would give me the phone. When I got there the woman said that there was nothing she could do for me. I came back home and called Boost Mobile again At 4:30 p.m. After explain to this new person what was going on, I was put on hold then disconnected after a 1/2 hour. I called back again at 5:35 p.m. Again, explaining my situation got put on hold and disconnected 24 min later. Called back again at 6:00 p.m. I was told this time by the gentleman after I told him the situation that someone would call me back here it is almost A-day later and no call back. Went on boost Mobil web site chat and tried to resolve my problem after over an hour on line still the same problem. They do not care about their customers once you sign up. Going back to Verizon I can not do busines. With a company that does not want to do the right thing and admit there representative made a mistake. My opinion id Boost Mobil is a terrible company and would recommend every one to stay far away.

They don't care

Boost Mobile is a joke... my phone didn't work right for over a week and a half. Called several times over that time period and kept getting hung up on or they would promise call backs and never called back. All I asked was for a little compensation for my phone not working correctly and the horrible customer service (which I don't think is too much to ask) they pretty much told me they didn't care about either issue and to just deal with it. I never had these issues with Virgin Mobile before Boost took over!.

And... they definitely have not heard the last from me.

I get no service for 9 days total.we have family line of 2 there service is terrible used to thinkit was one of the best.and then the store tells me we could add another line but theres only 2 of us. so im going to walk around with 2 phones.ok your and idiot.

Slow internet

They slow your internet down to nothing so you get network errors or it times out before it can reach the site. I use my phone for business and personal use and have lost money because of not receiving notifications and notice of items that have sold. Wouldn't recommend service with Boost.

I will try to do this without the use of expletives. Evidently, they are out to make money only without supplying any reasonable service. They charge too much for their horrible data and voice service, They will NOT allow one to change the billing date and trying to get in touch with a live human is impossible. When I called to get my account number (because it is not posted anywhere on one's account page), instead of saying "hello" the guy asked me why I wanted to leave Boost. They must get a lot of people realizing they SUCK. Run, run away as fast as you can.
Take your money and go elsewhere.
