We have had Boost for about 6 months now. For the past 8 days we haven't been able to make or receive calls. This has happened 3 times in the past few months. When we call they say the towers are down and will be fixed the next day but obviously those are lies because here we are, still unable to use our phones. I am switching to Verizon even though it is much more expensive. At least I'll be able to use my phone. Boost, you are stealing people's money. You promise to provide a service and you take payment for that service that you do not provide. I hope someone files a class action lawsuit against you. It is simply infuriating that you're getting away with these types of practices. Shame on you.
I was a happy customer when they had the unlimited data plan but now hate it I use my phone for work and haved lost alot of contract Right now I'm searching for a cel phone company with unlimited data
Customer rep never explain to me about any of the promotions I found out that I could have got a free phone also with my purchase from a email that was sent from boost
Over the past 3 months the signal and service has become progressively worse, so bad in fact that I'll be switching providers. So much malware on the phone now that they include in their stupid pop up ads that it crawls at a turtle's pace, hell even the password lock lags now. Dropped calls, no calls and two days later a voicemail appears... receive texts 5 hrs after the fact... the list goes on and on

Purchases $200 sim on 5th Nov 2020 and to date 20/11 can not activate sim. Customer service is via chat and I have now "chatted" to 3 agents. All of which stated the same thing. Went through a lengthy verification process and then long waits until they say yes all activated. Still NOT activated. Either they are incompetent or simply will not activate for some unknown reason. Maybe as I have already paid for the sim upfront there is no obligation to connect as that would mean they would actually need to provide a service.
I pay for unlimited data and still data slow guess it's time to change services again if this problem is not corrected by my next billi g date... I will go to metro and the name is Wilfredo and this ain't the first time this is the reason I left for 7 years
Was turned over to boost not by choice. They put fake charges in my account which I never ordered. They lowered my data usage when I'm totally unlimited. They suck for customer service.
I tried to return a phone to them under 14 days because it couldn't play games but they said they have a 7-10 days return policy only. I talk to a supervisor and she couldn't help me out at all. She couldn't make any exception at all!?!? Now I'm stuck with a phone I cant use for gaming. My fault I waited so long I guess. And why are their plan listed as unlimited? Its only 35 GB. Im Such A Noob!
I am not trust them they do not even take care of their employees. Worst company of all if you want to loose your time and your money go with them. They does not answer my calls and the treat to their employees is horrible. I started to work with them but they do not speak clear, always trying to trick people.
I have been without coverage in my house for the past several days. When I called, I was told technicians were working on it and the problem would be resolved in 48 to 72 hrs. She then told me that someone else in my area called about the new lack of coverage 120+ hrs ago! Does the clock restart every time someone calls? What if someone needs to call 911? How many more days Boost? It was not my choice to use this company; Virgin Mobile just dumped/ported my account (12 yrs with them) without my permission. I love my phone and am disappointed that I'm out the monthly fee that I just paid and I'm going to have to port my number to another company (with the required new phone purchase).
They charged me twice & charged my bank account even after reporting that the phone is not working & removing card from account. Boost mobile are a bunch of frauds! Your better off going to cricket or metro.
I decide to give Boost a try a month ago and was told that if I did not need the 15 G that the $35 plan included,
I could change to a less expensive plan after a month. SURPRISE! When I attempted to switch to a lower cost plan after a month, I was told that the only plan I could switch to was A HIGHER PRICED ONE! I called the Penn Hills office and was told that the other rep. Made a mistake. Too bad, but there is nothing he can do.
My advice to anyone considering Boost: Before you sign up, be sure and get whatever they tell you in writing. Otherwise, you might get an surprise later like I did.
Boost has been double charging me every time I recharge and has taken out money without me knowing about it. I have spoken to multiple staff and not a single person has helped me. So far they have taken $80 out if my account. I have changed to Telstra but still no one has told me why this is happening apsoultly hopeless
I have contacted many agents over the past couple months because I switched from $35 basic to $55 unlimited. After I switched my service had gotten more poor and poor. They troubleshooted my device so many times that they wanted to wipe my phone clean next. I refused this because I know as a tech person that is not going to solve a network issue. I contacted an agent to return my phone. They told me that I could do so this one time since it was over the 7 day satisfaction limit. Then I contacted someone today to finally return my phone and they said I was given false information and they could not help me no further. I am tired of this company and I am a very long term customer. Never recommending or using their services again.
Theses people had my brother off his phone that he had with them for THREE YEARS NOW! & now all of a sudden he wanted to switch his carrier it's a problem! Now they giving him the run around AND THEY TURNT HIS PHONE OFF! It been off for a week now! If you go with them that's On You. & you will Regret It!
Do NOT use Boost Mobile! I am in the hospital with Covid-19 and they will not extend my phone bill for 4 days until I can get out and take care of it. Not to mention my kids will be home without a phone also! Worst phone service. They do not care about their customers!
