I feel pretty good about the service, my books were not in the best condition but for the money I paid, they were very acceptable. I would order again, beats paying 200 dollars for the same book with the same material just because it looks better.
Apparently I am not the only person this has happened to. I sent back a legitimate textbook and was supposed to receive $50. However, once BooksRun received my book they sent me a notification stating I would not receive any compensation because it was "counterfeit." I had to pay $8.95 for it to be shipped back. The book I received was NOT the one I originally sent. It was, however, a counterfeit book, as evidenced by its being black and white throughout. There was also damage to the spine and a sticker on the back that were NOT present on the book I sent in. Avoid at all costs.
I paid $33.00 for the loose leaf version of my chemistry textbook. All the pages were in excellent condition and it was shipped to me in a few days. Ill definitely use this website again for future textbooks.
This is a sorry company to sell books back to. This was my first and last time using them I shipped them a book and the they had the nerve to label my book as a counterfeit and I had to pay shipping to get my textbook shipped back. Ill sell it to my school like I should have done in the first place. The book that I shipped them little do they know it had been examined by a bookstore in my local city the only reason I was going to use them was to get more $ than the bookstore was offering

The process to send back books no longer using & getting paid to sell them was easy & efficient. I think the cost of books vs what is offered to sell isnt fair but atleast there's a place for students to sell books to use.
