I was mislead by the description of the book and am quite disappointed in how it arrived. The description said "good condition… slight damage to the cover, minimal wear to the binding" but when it arrived the cover is not attached to the pages at all. I understand that it is used and that's why it's cheaper, but if it had said "okay condition" or "major wear and tear" I would've been far less disappointed. Because the cover is not attached the binding is weakened so I have to open to pages extremely carefully or the pages may tear or fall out.

I placed my order on the first day of the semester, and it took over a week to get to me, first because of delayed shipping and then due to inclement weather. By the time I received it, I needed to go out locally to buy it for more than I'd ordered it on BooksRun. When I returned it, I let them know the reason that I was sending it back was because it took too long but they charged me $15 dollars between restocking and shipping. This was 25% of the original order. Never using BooksRun again. It cost me more to shop with them than to just spend more with a retailer I know and trust. I never even opened the package.

I ordered book and paid extra and it said it would get here wednesday, it didn't. I had assignent due and had to turn it late i shouldve just gone to library. Now i for to turn it in in less than a month from date i actually recieved it

My textbooks just ran to their destination. I was creating homework on a few days. Selection and speed were certainly too my benefit.

The reason why I ordered the book through booksrun is because it showed that it had the 4th edition of the book that we are studying in a class and when I received it it was the 5th edition which I already had the digital version of in was not what I needed. But the book still comes in handy because I prefer a book in hand versus digital so I kept it but it was not the book I needed for my class.

Complete run around getting payment for my books. Waiting since August. They effectively stole my books. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Excuse after excuse regarding getting my payment from them

Easy to use website: simple and straightforward. Very timely. Got a good price for the books I sold. Would highly recommend to a friend.

I'm not exactly sure what books are being referred to as Booksrun doesn't say, but if they came from the US and are about rug hooking, then it was all good. Appropriatedly packaged, came quickly and were what I ordered.

I received my order very promptly. While I did order through "AbeBooks.com", i would actually go on the"BooksRun" site and see what is available. I was glad to be able to purchase a pre-owned item which would be difficult to find. Keep up the good work!

I was astonished to find this rare book only in a thin plastic sleeve.
Also I don't care for websites that don't provide a phone number or even an emails address.

The book was reasonably priced and arrived as expected. The much-appreciated bonus was that it had been sealed in plastic. It arrived pristine! The extra plastic wrap provided added assurance that the book would not suffer water or shipping damage. Nice touch!
