I originally tried to purchase this through Abe books and the package got lost. Thankfully, this was way cheaper to rent through ecampus and I received it super quick so I could get my weekly assignments done.

Ecampus was easy to use and order from, though the physical copy price to buy the book is insane, the rental edition I ordered was the only physical copy I could find of the book I needed.
I plan to return my order as they sent me an updated version of the books I ordered. If I'd wanted an updated version then I would have ordered it that way. Also took them much longer to get my order together than what I was told. At no point was I informed that they were sending different books than I ordered. So disappointing

This is the 3rd time placing the order for the same book! I'm not sure why the first order never shipped, I was never notified. Last order was canceled and I was notified. Extremely frustrating that this is taking so long as my son needs this book for an exam that he has next week. I should not have to pay for expedited shipping as this order was started February 1st! I was also charged a dollar for the last order not going through. Horrible!
I placed an order on 2/1/26. I never received any communication other than the initial confirmation on my order, so I assumed things were moving along. I logged into my account today to see when the book would deliver as it should be arriving now. I saw that the book never shipped. I'm very upset that I was not notified about this change via email. Why did the book not ship initially? 12 days went by. Now my son has an exam in his class and he needs the book. I had to pay for expedited shipping and I don't know if he will receive it in time. I'm also not happy that there is no phone number listed on the order confirmation or the website to call for help. Just a chat that is automated to not really answer questions or capable of making decisions.
Cancelling a rental is quite difficult you have to wait until it arrives even to return it even if you dont need it, makes it a hassle

I was helping my daughter find her books for her Master's program she was starting and many of the books were sold out. It was even difficult to find used or books to rent. ECampus came through.

Submitted an order for The Science of Criminalistics, An Introduction to Forensic Science three weeks ago in January. I haven't gotten any updates until the second week of February, and it's just now being possibly shipped out.
I rented a texbook and was charged full price for the book even though I mailed it in almost a week before the due date. They refused to refund the full amount because they need to have book before the due date regardless of whe you mail it. The shipping label they provide is of low priority so it will take time for them to receive the book. They probably do this so they can charge people full price, shady!
