I rented these textbooks about a week and a half into the semester as I realized I had some editions of the books that were no longer applicable. I was satisfied with the price and felt it fair, but not unreasonable. Only one textbook experienced a slight delay in shipping, but otherwise I had no issues and found the textbooks condition and delivery quality to be good.
ECampus as good affordable textbooks for rent. It really helped take a load off my shoulders when trying to find the right textbook. My order arrived on time and is also in pretty good condition.
I order a book for my daughter I wanted to ship it to her house where it needed to go. But instead it canceled my order and u can't call and talk to a human just email. So I have reorder another one I'm supposed to be credit back for the first.
While I was able to get the book with no issues, the site presented several usability issues. For example, when I tried to sign up, it took like 5 issues to do so, which was frustrating. However, I was able to get the book eventually so I'm very pleased with that

Customer service is of no help. Kept saying they would send a message to a higher up and I never was contacted. Took 2 weeks to receive two access codes that do NOT work. And I cannot get in touch with anyone to receive a refund or to send access codes that work.
Good, the book came fairly quickly. It did come with a good amount of water damage, which is unfortunate for such an expensive book.

The book got here eventually but took a very long time. And I plan I sending it back because it's no longer needed because I ended up just purchasing a pdf because it wasn't here when I needed it.

The validation email took a while to arrive. Im a little concerned about the process, never rented a book before.
I paid extra to receive it in 1-3 days. Only recieved it after contexting you a week after I placed the order. Got it 2 weeks from order date with no refund for the additional cost for shipping.
I wasn't allowed to cancel my order the same day after placing it... They kept telling me they were going to cancel it and then said it couldn't be canceled because they shipped it
