Not very good. I ordered one day shipping but it got to me at least five days late, and my other book two. I was thankful for the refund on the first book, but I would appreciate it if the website was more clear about these sorts of things, and that if a book is not available for one day shipping, I don't think people should have the option to click it and waste their money.

While I initially had issues getting ahold of the book I purchased, the service team was quick to help when messaged and just as quick to resolve the problem.
The book arrived with a section that was folded over and incorrectly bound that way. It would have been helpful to know this before purchasing it.

Easy process and a plethora of options to choose from for college course texts such as rent, ebook, new purchase, and marketplace sellers for used.
Paid for 2 day shipping and it was still 9 days before I got book. They sell stuff they don't have on hand and don't tell you about the time it may take for them to actually get it to ship.
Courteous cust svc, book in great shape. Lousy delivery service-- left pkg outside property despite multiple signs.
