This book came at least, but my lab manual is now two weeks out with no update. No emails have been answered and after a 25 minute hold I spoke to a woman who was clearly not having a good day and who also failed to resolve my question as to when to expect my textbook. This system is insane and I cannot comprehend why we are using it.

I never tried this vendor before, but so far everything looks great. After I get the books and if need to contact customer service, I think ai eill be able to do a better review. So far it's ok I found some books not all of them or find better prices in other places.
The website was clear, and was the cheapest I could find the book for my class. I recommended to a classmate.
I do not like that I am only able to print a limited amount of pages. I like to have paper copies to write down notes and highlight freely. I don't think I will ever get books from here again. Not dissatisfied but not satisfied either.

Great book - able to rent instead of purchase which saved a ton of money
Delivery was not timely. Book was sent in package unprotected which caused damage as the package delivered to front porch in the rain. Website is not very user friendly so reporting damage is made extra hard.
