They will only give you " Pennies on the dollar, " for that same book that you had to buy at " Market value! " I had to pay $37.00 for a chemistry book, then at the end of the semester, they only gave me $1.00 for that same book. " RIP-OFF! "

My books arrived in good condition with no delay. When books are out of print or expensive to buy new, it is good to have sources for obtaining them 8n good condition.

I place an order over three weeks and I still haven't received it.

It appears that due to huge amounts of incoming mail the mail carrier does not scan the packages at each location, provides updates in the tracking system with a certain delay or may simply deliver shipments without any updates in the tracking system. The book was packaged in a simple envelop, which for a travel from US to Europe is very light: the book was clearly damaged during transportation. I would have expected at least bubble wrap. Then to get the book I had to pay additional 10€ for customs duties, which was not planned; the cost of the book was 40€, so it represents 25% more. Knowing that I had paied for transportation and VAT... then I do not understand this extra cost.

Books arrived fast and in great shape! Nice that I was able to find 2 that I needed from the same shop.
I didn't have trouble ordering and they shipped the book fast. My only concern is the book is in raggedy shape, which I don't care, but when I send the book back I don't want to be held accountable for a book that's already messed up.
