I just received a book in the worst condition that I have ever seen. It's completely written on, had the former student's highlight in every page. Embarrassing that a company would even send out a product like this. Their response " indicates some markings and highlight " should have indicated notes, writing and highlight in every page.

I've been a "book reader" and a" book collector" my whole life.And I guess I've also added being a "book giver". So needless to say, when one can get books that are" very good "or" like new" for a very good price it makes it all that much easier to pass them out.

I feel like I just got robbed. The book I sent in to sell was in like new conditions with ALL the pages intact, just as when I purchased it. Then they send me an email saying they adjusted the buying price to $ZERO because of a supposedly missing copyright page? They submitted pictures which didn't show any pages torn off. And again, the book was in the same condition as when I bought it. The pictures attached are what they submitted to supposedly prove that the copyright page was torn off or missing, but you can clearly see no signs of this.
I gotta say, I had never used this site before, this was my first time, and I feel the need to tell everyone what a scam it is. They just take your books and create some bogus reason why it's worth $0 and if you want it back you have to pay close to $10 to ship it back. Wow.
