The whole buyback process is awesome and far better than any other buyback websites. The only issue is low prices on multiple copies.

I ordered the book and paid on november 12,2022 and received the book on december 6,2022. It took a long time from U.S.A. to Republic of Korea.

According to the messages I recieved, several shipments I sent were missing books. I packaged everything sent and know it was all there. Funny jow the missing ones were some of the most valuable. I was also paid much less for a couple of books in perfect condition.

I didn't receive my package and post office doesn't have it. And I haven't received a message from booksrun that it will be re-delivered.

After placing my order for my book, I was unable to cancel my order because the shipping date took too long and I wasn't going to have my book for my first exam. One assistant told me that I would be able to get a full refund, after waiting weeks, trying to get a hold of someone I was unable to get a refund or any help. I will never go with this company ever again, they were not punctual or helpful one bit.

Found a book I've been looking for, for months. The used book they sent was stupidly cheap but like-new! When I reviewed other titles they have in stock, I knew I was in the promised land. What a wonderful discovery. Super-fast shipping at a very low cost. A wonderful little store!
