I attempted to purchase a book and clicked the wrong edition, when I followed the "return" guidance within 30 minutes I was told they could not honor my request to cancel the order prior to shipping it because it had already been packed for mailing…in less than 30 minutes of me paying. Then I was told I had to wait for the 'wrong' book to arrive at my home, pay for shipping and mail it back in order to get a refund. Bad business.
