I called to reserve my room for an upcoming family reunion that I will be attending. I specifically confirmed with the representative that my credit card would not be charged at the time of said reservation. I noticed the pending amount on my credit card and responded in question. I did not get a response. The entire stay was charged upfront when I was told that o could pay at check-in.
Pretty $#*!ty why would I book a room in USD?why wasn't I told it was USD? This place is 1.5 hours from home why to I want to be charged USD this room is no where near $300 Canadian
I needed a room at the last minute for a colleague whose home has been without power due to the storms in our area. After searching online without finding any rooms available, Jacob had me all set up within just a few minutes. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. What more could a person want or need!?!

The number of things that went wrong with my reservation is astounding! First off we made a hotel reservation for two rooms. But when we got to the hotel only one reservation had been made despite the email we had from Bookonline confirming two rooms. When we booked the rooms we opted for the cancellation insurance, and additional $78.00, but this only covers your cancellation if you or someone in your party dies or if a family member dies. Otherwise this is worthless and is a scam. We could not check one of our team members in and had to send them back to their home. When we called Bookonline about the issue, is when the real problems started! Not only would they not refund any part of my hotel reservations, but you would get hung up on once the agent realized why you were calling. (Preventing them from even opening a case for you) Hold times where outrageous. Support non existent Never use these scammers!
