I called for a last minute room at Chicago O'Hare and spoke with customer representative Rosagelica. She helped me quickly find a reservation for an awesome rate. She was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable, which made my whole experience quite enjoyable :)

My reservation was canceled when I arrived and I was not refunded. Jay was working the front desk when I arrived. He said that because I complained about the TV not working the last time I stayed at the hotel that I must leave and that am trespassing. I was not allowed to receive a refund. Jay was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would like a full refund. Thank you.

James did a great job finding an accessible room for us! He was helpful and knowledgeable and responded in a timely manner.

I had issues with booking on line. Lauren helped get it corrected. I don't understand why I couldn't use my AMEX card but she said it had to do with it being a credit union. Hopefully the rate code - will work@ checkin

Bethany Jane did a great job with my reservation. She was patient with my questions and helped me resolve my questions about whether I had already double booked. I was very gappy either way her consideration and courtesy.
