I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from Tinisha at the Quality Inn. Even though the hotel was completely booked, she didn't stop there—she went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't left stranded. Tinisha took it upon herself to search for available rooms at other nearby hotels and even compared rates to find me the best deal. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor were truly refreshing. She was incredibly polite, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. In a world where genuine hospitality can feel like a lost art, Tinisha absolutely nailed it. Chefs kiss! 👏 If every hotel had a Tinisha, traveling would be a breeze. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a seamless experience

I called for Hampton inn info, and found at this time too expensive to stay there, she found me another hotel same area with same amenities at a much more affordable rate. And took the time to listen to my needs for this stay. She is such an asset to your company.

Terrible suggestion

First I didn't know I was talking to Expedia as I thought I had called Hilton then was suggested to go to Holiday Inn 30 miles away and cost $100+ in taxi plus return trip and taking one hour drive each way. Not happy that she didn't identify herself as Expedia and then not knowing area to divert me to a hotel so far away from the airport. My flight was canceled and I was making reservations in a hurry so I would have a place to stay for the night
