We had a flooding emergency at our home and needed a place ro spend a night quickly. When I called to book for a hotel, the agent was empathetic and promptly booked a room for my family at a reasonable price and close to us.
I needed a room last minute due to a plumbing issue in my new Rio Rancho apartment. I was exhausted and couldn't even remember which hotel I was calling because I had a whole list written down. Angeles was so sweet and patient and immediately gave me hold that all would be well. 5 stars is not enough. I give Angeles 5 BILLION stars just like the heaven where I truly believe is where she lives, because she IS an ANGEL!

I called as my flight was cancelled at 12:45am CT and told agent I needed to check in that night/immediately. She booked me a reservation but it was for 3pm check in. I now paid for a room that I can't use and I'm stuck at chicago ohare airport overnight now!
I had the pleasure of talking to a lady by the name of Kerri-Lee to help me book my hotel reservation. She was very helpful, easy to talk to, friendly, sweet, personable and definitely had the patience of an angel. I was very impressed by her.

I own multiple businesses and have run and owned businesses for 30 years. I would expect to receive a formal complaint from BBB, the State of Colorado Hotel Commission and the Colorado of Secretary of State if one of my employees, who was exceptionally friendly in this instance, failed to clarify that they were unaffiliated with the hotel and were brilliantly disguised as a front desk person. They could not access my Bonvoy Number because of this lack of affiliation as a Expedia offshoot disguised as an hotel…. And instead booked the maximum price, but there was no mention of status as a reseller. It was a local area code to the area of the hotel and this very polite person was undoubtedly following a script. I found out the real price of the room and it was doubled by your company! I will complain to Marriott, to Bonvoy and to the aforementioned parties, including the Colorado Hotel
