Minnesota, booked our reservation 2 wks ago for Shakopee, MN at Country Inn and Suites. Arrived in Shakopee only to discover an e-mail statiing my reservation had been cancelled, no reason given).(Several ph calls later we were told Angie at PriceLine canceled it due to "overbooking". Carlos at Hotel Reservations helped us find a different Shakopee motel with a vacancy, booked it for us & processed our payment. Carlos handled every aspect with extreme efficiency & professionalism. We cant express how grateful we were to finally, at 10:45 PM, to find a vacancy! Thank you, Carlos! Fantastic job!
