I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I was given price and before I hung up the price had jumped. I had a question was told to call the front desk and then call back with the info. The phone kept going in and out which made for a difficult to have a conversation. I was told they sometimes get a bad connection. I thought my credit card was to hold the room but I was charged the full amount plus I didn't realize the difference between a refunded reservation and a non refunded reservation. I'm not even sure I was talking to a human. If I could get my money back I would cancel my reservation.
I was never offered the refund option for a cancellation but then received an email stating I declined it which was not true. Horrible experience and would not use this company again. Beware to anyone who uses them.
The weirdest AI experience ive had so far. Denied she was AI, had to keep repeating myself. It kept getting my name wrong. Then when I told it my 3 digit code. It said it wouldnt repeat it for security, then it did. Weird that it told me it wasn't AI when I wanted to speak with a real person.
I had called looking for a hotel with a jacuzzi tub and Alex was incredibly helpful and mannerly. I had only knew of one hotel that had jacuzzi tubs but there were none available and she found me an even nicer accommodation for a great price with such short notice. Alex was very polite and enthusiastic. Thank you for your help Alex!

I found the hotel to be very well kept with an efficient office staff. I haven't been there in perhaps the past year and a half and found my reservations assistance to be very efficient, as I've come to expect from the hotel
Marlon was very helpful, courteous and informative. He sent the conformation for our reservation by text while we still on the phone. So we could check and make sure everything was correct. It took very little time and effort on my.part.
Andi was very helpful in dealing with making my reservation. I was going to stay at the Holiday Inn, which was fu. He then was able to make a reservation for me at the Hamtons. He was very helpful and extremely polite. Thank you Andi.
I was trying to call the hotel. They assured me it was the hotel I was talking to. Can't talk to a person and they charge in usd funds but don't tell you. I didn't see till I checked the confirmation email. No cancelation either. What a joke

Told me I had to book a new hotel instead of just adding 1 night. And I couldve just did early checkin instead buying a whole new room Now I have 3 rooms I cant refund.
