I was lied to while making a room reservation with BookOnLine. I called this BookOnLine service unknowingly because the number was provided to make a room reservation on the Best Western website. I checked on-line to confirm that the best room rate was $170 per night, but wanted to call Best Western to ensure that I could have a pet friendly room. The BookOnLine reservation service indicated they were contracted by Best Western for room bookings, that the hotel was almost full and that only one room was available, a suite with a kitchenette and that that the cost was $250. When I asked why the hotel was almost full during a normally low volume timeframe, the booking agent indicated that a customer had blocked booked 30 rooms. When I arrived at the hotel, in fact, it was only half full. There was no block booking and I was allocated a pet friendly, standard room, The front desk indicated that the BookOnLine reservation service got a preferred rate of $140. However, I was already charged $250, plus the pet fee ($30.00 at the hotel). I called the BookOnLine customer support number to complain that I was provided incorrect information. They indicated that they would investigate and refund the difference. I expect that I should be paying BookOnLine only $140 plus taxes for the room, as I paid for the pet fee at the hotel. These are suspect business practices which must be addressed and rectified promptly.
He booked us at the wrong hotel after multiple corrections. When we called to correct it, they said it was non-refundable. We eventually got a refund which will take 10 business days. Horrible experience!
Immediately, and I was refused and not allowed to check in, and then told I was not allowed to receive any sort of verification on the notations as far as cancellation went his name was Edgar and was not very helpful at all, and also with the manager as well if it's not the same person
Booked a room and said I needed to be picked up at the airport right away. Agent said van would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Never came. When I called the hotel directly was told that no arrangements for the van had been made. Totally unacceptable.
I called to book a room directly with the Comfort inn in Lawerence Kansas. I was told that there were no vacancies on line and from another AI host saying she could not help me. I was happy to get connected to Jeffrey at the desk. He found a room for us, but it was out of our price range (a Saturday night rate)! He offered to check near by hotels and found us a room in Topeka Kansas. He went the extra mile to help us find this room in our price range. He also booked our room and sent the confirmation! We are seniors and he made this booking less complicated for us. I give Jeffery 5 stars. I think he is an asset to your hotel. We will try and stay at the comfort inn on our next trip cross country.

I would definitely recommend calling to reserve a room if interested in ensuring specific accommodations are made for your stay.
Victor was very professional and courteous. I give him five stars. The only thing is at the end when he was giving the usual conditionals and all that kind of thing and he talked so fast I maybe got half of it.
