I called the hotel directly to make a reservation (rather than booking on line) as I had several questions. I spoke with Jesus Diego. He had a nice greeting, was professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. It was nice ro speak with a person rather than a computer.

Angel seemed in a big hurry and not too concerned with what I wanted. I stay in this motel every week, 5 days a week, so I am very familiar with the layout of the rooms and which are most desirable for what I need and want, which is mostly quiet.
Total scam! They overcharge for hotel rooms and hide charges that won't show until after you paid! They won't issue refunds despite these deceptive practices! DO NOT USE BOOKONLINE
Overall great customer service experience! Thank you to the person that took their time to help me book a room on Valentines day of all days! The associate was great with handling my questions and paitent in waiting for me to get my payment information figured out. This employee deserves a shoutout from the highest boss and maybe a pay raise! It's rare to get quality service, so thank you sir!
When I booked I asked the gentleman if they still had rooms with bathtub in the room he said yes. I said bathtub in the room not the bathroom im and he said yes. So I booked. We get there and the front desk gentleman said no they did not and we had to take a double bed room. Not a good experience at all. Ruined our night. And to top it off in the am 7am awakens by maids loudly in hallway right outside door. When expressed to them how loud they were all they did was get nasty and start to mouth us. Had to go to front desk whole experience was a nightmare.

However when I look at the e-mail closer we did not get what we had thought we had booked - a room with two queen beds? How did that happen/change?
He was very knowledgeable personal and made me feel good about where I was staying. I would recommend staying there at Hilton Garden Inn in Florence, South Carolina.

Sylvia was extremely helpful finding me a room during a very busy valentines weekend, and my wife was being transferred to a hospital in Miami.
Couldn't hear couldn't understand took too long was rude when asked about a booking charge "you'll get charged what they charge us"! I said forget it and and cancelled.
