She gave it to me and told her I'd call back. She had no problem and it was just like talking to anybody locally

I hate doing a lot of things online. I had a very bad experience in the past that has mad me extremely cautious! Carlos was very patient & did a great job of getting me a room! The high cost surprised me because online it was $210 & that included taxes!

I called to get some Hotel pricey, info, and pet policy fees, Jacob was extremely helpful & professional! He kindly took his time which I greatly appreciate I have not booked yet because I have more homework for this trip, but I'm grateful for the extra info!

I booked a room at the Wingate by Wyndham in Moab, UT. I was charged $225 for this. Upon arrival I was told by hotel staff that I should have only been charged $155 plus tax. I'm very displeased by this deceptive practice.
