The title says it all; spouse is traveling in another state and called to tell me the story. They were fine, but frazzled. We needed to get them a hotel ASAP, and we got David's assistance to secure the closest hotel from their location. It meant so much to get his help; I was able to rest easy knowing my spouse was off the road, safely off the road, and getting some needed rest!

She helped me find the best location nearest to my conference, and made sure to go over all amenities with me before booking. She confirmed all of the details of my reservation, including date of stay and checkout. I highly recommend and endorse Grace for her above and beyond customer service.
