I called to book a hotel and it was booked up Rodrick was great help in finding a hotel close to the church that I needed to be at and tried to help save me some money as well!
I called to verify that what I was about to book online would actually accommodate my family of five.( I put online there was five in my family)The guy I spoke with said no and said he could book me for $120 more than what I could do online. When I asked why he was not interested in explaining it to me or helping me to book to make sure my family would fit. He basically hung up in me as he just said "thanks for calling"After traveling with my family all day, this is definitely not the type of customer service you would want to start your stay with!
I called to book a reservation. I was having difficulty getting my credit cards to go through. Lindsay was very calm and reassuring and fix everything for me and got my reservation just perfect.

I called the number attached to the hotel on the internet. Thought I was calling the hotel directly. I even verified which hotel I was booking at, even asked the booking agent if this was the right hotel. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. He booked my hotel including having my dog and quoted a price of 140.00. Guess what. Get to the hotel and found out I used a third party booking site. I had no clue. That was not stated. Oh and guess what. I still had to pay for my dog on top of what the third party charged me. So no I am not happy at all with this booking service. Horrible experience and I am mad that this happened.
My customer service rep was fast, patient EXTREMELY friendly. There was so much excitement in her voice and she wish me a pleasant stay.
