I had been trying to book a room online, but after clicking complete booking it would repeatedly make me start over. I called the number listed and spoke with Carlos who was incredibly helpful. He advised me that this happens occasionally and it was a glitch in the system and that I was not being charged multiple times for the room. Carlos then quickly and efficiently walked me through the booking process and booked my reservation over the phone. I am very glad he was the representative I spoke to and am thankful for his help!
I had to call back because of issues with my reservation and Giovanni was so helpful! She worked through the reservations, helped me with distance and made sure everything was good before we hung up. Appreciate her help so much!

First person we contacted had us on the phone for 20 minutes and couldn't get it reserved … put us they to front desk and got disconnected. Called again and this person got it finalized. Total time on phone was 30 mi utes!
