The problem is the best Western even though I called them and talk to Adrian at 12:07 AM and thought I had a reservation when I got there they said I did not. And I said when they told me that they had one room left so you screwed up you get me a room somewhere else we don't do that, not to mention the fact the room was $274 that is highway robbery and thievery.

I was very frustrated trying to find a reasonable one- night hotel in MSP. Online prices didn't seem to match reality. Was trying to book Marriott and ended up with the agent Susan who was very helpful, calm and even a bit humorous. She made a frustrating experience almost enjoyable. We'll see how the hotel is.
