I told him I wanted one room king bed and one room two queen, he confirmed verbally and when I got the confirmation email it is for two king beds. I called back and that person could fix it and was making it way more complicated. This is not a good service.

The reservation was supposed to be for tonight. She made a five reservations for us for tomorrow. We paid for Ubers for 10 people and now we're stuck at a hotel that has no open rooms. Our flight was canceled and I made that perfectly clear on the phone.

Cory was professional and answered all my questions.

I spoke to Paul tonight and he was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to meet people who still have pride and take good care of others while doing their job. Thank you Paul.

Quentin was very rude. He said, "if you would listen lady." He also said, "so do you want to book or not." We called him and $#*! and he yelled into the phone. We book hotels all the time and have never had an experience like this ever before.

Deceiving information I asked for a two bed hotel room. I was assured of this and at the end when I call the hotel, they confirmed it was only one bed when I asked specifically and repeatedly for two beds.
