The last leg of a very long flight was canceled in Chicago and I contacted her for help and she bent over backwards to find the rooms I needed. This was not an easy task since many, many flights had been cancelled. We were extremely grateful as we had been traveling over 25 hours.
I called he reservations number and Francis answered very politely. I had just decided to stay the night & needed a room. He was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get me a room and it all too less than 10 minutes! Thank you Francis! :)
I called an Allison was the one supposed to be helping me. Well she didn't. Because of her I thought I had a reservation at the extended stay America suites at 9000 Tinicum Blvd, Philadelphia, PA and she never confirmed it with my hotel and when I got to the hotel I had issues trying to get a room because they were completely out of rooms for the night and next few days. So she charged my credit card with a fee of over 400 dollars for me to show up, waste gas, and not receive my reservation. You shouldn't hire incompetent people. In fact you should fire her because I know if this happened to me from her behalf then it must had happened to other people she was "helping". She is not good at her job, quite the opposite. I am completely disappointed at Allison.
I was blessed to have gotten this youngman his calm demeanor was pleasant and reassuring. I got my room and I'll recommend him to anyone that's booking. Thank you Aleph

Very nice agent booked me for the wrong night! She told me how to take airport shuttle to hotel and when I got there they had no vacancies. Had to look for hotel at 11:00 at night then fight with the third party booking group after waiting 40 minutes on the phone to get a refund. Avoid 3rd party book we a very hard to fix problems!
Ms. Cat was the BOMB. COM she had so much Patience with me in helping me find the best rate for my stay and not once did she sounded as if she was tired of me. Ms. Cat's voice is the voice you want to hear when you call for assistance. I felt as if I knew her ALL of my life and I have never seen her nor spoken to her until this evening..
Very friendly. My flight got cancelled at midnight so needed a hotel. Alrhough alfeady 27 June, over.the phone.she explained.it was.for 26-27. I got to thr hotel and.they could not acxomodate me because the reservation waa made for the 27th (checkin after 3 pm)! So I had to go back and sleep at the airport as all.other hotels in the area were.booked! My flight isn't until 2pm! I should not incur this.charge!
I asked for a room large enough for 5 people or adjoining rooms at the grand Hyatt DFW and I got 2 separate rooms at the 2 star clarion. I was told there was a shuttle acceptable seats for a 1 and 4 year old and we got a shuttles with no car seats and barely seat belts. All this aroma were non refundable
