I called in with the one 800 number to make a reservation for a hotel in Zachary Louisiana. The hotel reservation person was excellent. She made small chitchat, which I did like actually made it a pretty good day to talk to somebody over the phone.
Was impressed with the answers to my questions person I spoke to was courteous and helpful to my needs
Joyce was extremely helpful. She was courteous, professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. Room was secured, emails and texts immediately sent to verify all information we spoke of while still on the phone. I was pleased.
Tamara was fabulous! There was a Taylor Swift concert in town and she would not give up trying to find me a hotel room, even though the bookings were flying. She tried several times and made it a success for me!
Customer service was prompt, price point was competitive, agent was helpful.
Very helpful and patient. Did extra research to verify some of my questions and concerns.
Maximo was great with all the help he gave me. He's an excellent communicator. And listened to my needs. Was well informed on how to help.
I recently called to ask a question about a recent stay I had with JW Marriott, Buckhead, Atlanta
Instead of answering my question she did not speak. Next thing I knew I was transferred back to an automated voicemail.
Agent was rushing me and not answering my questions.
Smooth operation! No Problem whatsoever! Neal did a great job finding a room and making the booking process trouble fee!
The last leg of a very long flight was canceled in Chicago and I contacted her for help and she bent over backwards to find the rooms I needed. This was not an easy task since many, many flights had been cancelled. We were extremely grateful as we had been traveling over 25 hours.
I called he reservations number and Francis answered very politely. I had just decided to stay the night & needed a room. He was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get me a room and it all too less than 10 minutes! Thank you Francis! :)
I called an Allison was the one supposed to be helping me. Well she didn't. Because of her I thought I had a reservation at the extended stay America suites at 9000 Tinicum Blvd, Philadelphia, PA and she never confirmed it with my hotel and when I got to the hotel I had issues trying to get a room because they were completely out of rooms for the night and next few days. So she charged my credit card with a fee of over 400 dollars for me to show up, waste gas, and not receive my reservation. You shouldn't hire incompetent people. In fact you should fire her because I know if this happened to me from her behalf then it must had happened to other people she was "helping". She is not good at her job, quite the opposite. I am completely disappointed at Allison.
I was blessed to have gotten this youngman his calm demeanor was pleasant and reassuring. I got my room and I'll recommend him to anyone that's booking. Thank you Aleph
Agent helped me get a very good deal and was extremely nice and helpful
Danielle was courteous, professional, and did not try to sell me a timeshare. The whole process took about as long as it took to dictate this review. Thanks!
Tamara was extremely helpful, and understood my minimal needs for accommodation.
Excellent customer service
Answer: SCAM. Huge Fees, no refunds. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favor and Pass by when you see this site.
Answer: Agreed! WHY? Absolutely the most blatantly deceptive company I have ever come across.
Answer: I'd love the answer to this! This agency fraudulently charged us $1800!
Answer: Make sure you are booking directly on the hotel's website.
Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
