I have spent numerous hours since June 23rd trying to get clarification on credit card charges. An email was sent on 6/23 confirming a complaint was sent to customer service and for CS call me regarding this matter. I have called daily and placed on hold for hours at a time. Today alone I was on hold over 4hrs after talking to 3 of your representatives which never took the time to help with my questions and i became extremely frustrated and upset that I kept getting the run around. I called once again and spoke to Rachel agent #*******. She was a God sent! She took the time to address my concerns. The issues are out of her hands but her compassion and professionalism was OUTSTANDING. She followed up and sent 2nd notification to customer service on my behalf which is more than any other representative other than the initial call I made 6/23/23. My background is customer service and also marketing for a world wide corporation. I highly suggest you commend Rachel for deescalating the situation. RACHEL is an asset to your business and others should learn from her example.

I am not happy with your company services, customer service dept or anyone else affiliated with BOOK ON LINE with the exception of Rachel. I will NEVER use this service again! I will make all my customers and coworkers aware of discrepancy of charges placed on my credit card and if needed file formal complaints until the issue is resolved.

It was Susan that took my booking and charged my card right away. The process took for ever via phone. Upon arrival at the hotel I learned that the confirmation was not sent to them. I had to pay again at check-in. It looked like this horrible booking service was a scam and I was forced to cancel my ctedit card. Do not do business with this company.

Christina was rude and very pushy. She didn't even ask me if I had Hilton Rewards or didn't even try to get me the best rate possible! I guess you are not part of the Hilton chain. I was quoted 786 dollars but I went on Hilton website and got the same room for 582. She needs to be trained better!

The reservationist, Grace was wonderful. She represents The Marriott Hotel with excellent customer service. She helped me find a Marriott Hotel in my price range and made sure there was an Electric Charging Station on site. Because of her I will continue to stay at The Marriott.

I called to find out how I could get a room with a jetted tub and they are all booked. And what is going on in Anderson, South Carolina that every room you have is booked? Granted I'm only staying one night I'm coming down for a friend's birthday party, But I have no tubs in my home. I have showers so I enjoy finding a hotel with a tub. Big tub. I'm not a little girl. But Brandon was very nice and very helpful. I'm just looking around at other hotels before I called back cuz I do like the Hilton..
