Over a period of 2 full weeks (10 business days), 14 phones calls being transferred from one person to another with no results in addressing my one question"What is the status of my refund?" Finally, today Rosemary Jane addressed my question within seconds, thus giving me the status, confirmation of my refund and when to expect it to appear on my credit card. She was extremely efficient, articulate, friendly, and highly professional. Kudos and highest compliments, along with my appreciation and gratification to Rosemary Jane.

We requested a pet friendly room only to arrive to the hotel telling us that you didn't inform them of our pet so they wouldn't give us the room you said was pet friendly.

The service rep that booked us asked when we needed the room. It was about midnight. I told her we were at the airport and needed somewhere to stay in the next hour or so. She said there was a shuttle to the hotel as well. We discovered the shuttle didn't run at that time so we took a taxi. Then when we arrived at the hotel, we were told they had no rooms at all and that the reservation was for the following night, with a 3pm check-in.
My daughter and I were forced to walk to another hotel at 1 am to find somewhere to stay after a horrible day at the airport due to flight delays and cancellations.
The agent was totally irresponsible doing that.

Ivonne was very helpful. I had some type of issue when it came time provide credit card info thru the iPhone but Ivonne helped me out and we had a few laughs. She was very patient with us which was appreciated. I think the amount you charge to make a reservation 'refundable' is a little exorbitant as well as the amount you charge for a pet. We travel a lot and have NEVER had to pay $75 - not even $50.
I hope we are not disappointed with our stay in July and are looking forward to seeing family.

The room rate I was quoted on the phone was NOT the rate I was charged. I tried to request a live chat and a call back and neither happened. There does not seem to be any way to contact customer service to address it. I was over charged and there is zero follow through. I will never use this service again!
While the young woman was very helpful, pleasant and professional, I was led to believe I was speaking directly with the hotel. She did not introduce herself as an employee with Expedia. I just called the resort to extend our stay and the front desk explained that my current reservation was booked through Expedia. The front desk was so surprised to see that I didn't book directly with them as I had previously.
I find this dishonest and misleading.Best to have your reservationists clarify during the booking.
The good news is that our room was booked, however, it could've been a lot easier to just extend, rather than have to make a second reservation.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
