My young niece with 3 small children (under 4 years old!) were stranded far from home when the car she was driving broke down. I needed to get her and her babies to a safe comfortable place where she could gather herself up. I was too far away and it was late afternoon/early evening. Ezequiel listened and helped me get her a room with a Best Western within walking distance. He was kind, genuine, professional and oh so very understanding and helpful! Horrible, I thought I was talking to a hotel agent but was not. The reservation was made and billed to my card. When I checked in a different card was used to pay for the room at a much lower price. This company is definitely ripping people off. STAY AWAY, JUST HANG UP.

After a chaotic day of travel and hundreds of people stuck at dallas airport overnight, I called to see if I could find a nearby cheap hotel where I could sleep for 4-5 hours. Victoria pulled off a miracle and found me a room!

Room not available, she indicated that they would be ready with a late check in but the reservation was for the next day. The hotel clerk indicated they had not received a call from Paola as she told she had. Very disappointed and I want a refund.
