When I first started my career I answered calls from veterans 8 hrs. A day for 3 months, rotated snd back for another 3, did this for about 8 years, so I'm familiar with that line of work, it can tough, but Joyce nailed it!
I had ******* points and the guy on the phone sold me a room for $232. After hanging up, I reserved a room using my points…. Done deal. The guy on the phone was a thief. Not impressed. He sucks! Fire his thriving butt.
Was pleasant in the beginning, wasn't understanding something he was trying to explain to me until he told me this was the last time he was gonna explain this to me I just hung up. I don't need to be talked to like that is a Marriott number.

I was calling to get a room at the Grand Hyatt at DFW. I was told that there were no rooms. When I asked if there was some way to get one, like a cancellation, I was told to "plan ahead"!
I don't feel I need to justify any further why she gets a poor review. BTW, I called the hotel direct and they found a room for me!
