I was trying to make reservations for a conference and was told the hotel was full. I worked with Corey and he found me just the room I requested but needed to adjust dates. Very accommodating and kind.

Making the reservation was fast and easy. The price was great too. They didn't have the room we ordered but the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating. She upgraded the room at no cost and let us check in early due to an emergency. I would recommend this hotel. They are friendly, fast to think of solutions should a problem arise and use empathy. Thank you so much!
