Made two reservations. Realized I needed to cancel one. Instantly went to reservation to cancel. AND although it was within minutes I was told I would not be able to get my money back. Nor could she reinstate the reservations. THIS IS JUST WRONG. PATHETIC PEOPLE. GREEDY.UN-PROFESSIONAL
