She was very helpful, kind, and patient when my newborn started crying on the background. In just a few minutes, she helped me find just the right accommodations for my family. Thank you Carolyn!
I couldn't understand the rep I spoke with. He spoke too fast. I also do not like that my card would be charged before I even stay so I did not book. I won't use Marriott in the future if this is there booking.
