She is a very joyful and nice person. I found out a very pleasant experience talking with her. I am a senior and do not travel very much and she made this a very pleasant experience to book a reservation which I do not do frequently!
The agent was horrible. She was not friendly or inviting, very direct in her questions. I inquired about a discount rate for employees and she said I could get that information at check in. I requested this information in advance of making the reservation and still declined to provide me with an answer, pressing me to make the reservation. When I told her I would not make the reservation without this information she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional
