PAIGE IS THE BEST, Can't wait and was like talking to a friend! Paige is very easy going and smart, worked at getting a good deal!
So I called to book a room and he tried to charge me 442 for two nights at 144 a night for a 2 bed non-suite hotel stay. I thought this was weird and he said it was because of "taxes and fees," but that he'd give me a "special discount" and bring it down to 400. I found this behavior extremely suspicious.
Alexandre was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Repeated everything to confirm. Very pleasant experience.
Not very happy that I could not get a military discount after serving for 23 1/2 years. I was told the military discount rooms were sold out. That's pitiful!

Added a protection plan without authorization. I felt like it was part of the hotel price. Separate email came from protect with 25 dollar charge. Trying to cancel online with no luck. Need to disclose it's a separate charge for cancellation and ask if I would be interested
