I had to call in for an emergency hotel. A representative named Christa helped me. Extremely professional, as many issues as we ran into attempting to book, Christa made it happen. I wish more people were so knowledgeable and professional as she was.

Hanged up twice

The agent hanged up on me twice. In the initial call he asked for a lot of information and hanged up when I asked about the Best Rate Guarantee offer as I got. Better rate in Expedia. Then by pure luck he got my second call and hanged up again when I inquired about the offer.

Wrong date!

Very friendly booking guy BUT told him needed extra day (April 24) to hook on to reservations already made (April 25-28) BUT he booked me for March 24. I called immediately after making reservation to call center after checking my email. Hopefully won't have to pay 30% cancellation fee, otherwise I question the integrity of this hotel chain.
