THE WORST EVER...What a disaster. I booked a room at a hotel and the company refused to refund me even though I bought the insurance (with adequate cancellation notice). I gave up after a month of long calls, talking to people from 3 different companies, and receiving emails from 4 entities (Protect Inc., Fanshield, Bookonline.com Allianz Global Assistance), and still no one was able to assist. The hotel was fine with the cancellation but booking.com was not. Never got a refund even though bookonline.com canceled the hotel room. BUYERS BE CAUTIOUS / BEWARE! This company is not what it presents itself as being. This site is literally impersonating Booking.com. 3 months later and I am still out $223.39.

Going to Caribou for a wedding so I made the call direct to the hotel and was helped immediately. When I mentioned the wedding and that we were told we'd get a special rate the young man immediately knew what I was talking about gave me my rates booked my room all in a matter of 3 minutes. Very courteous.
