The treatment and speed of the boy who attended me - J. Karsokas - perfect, very professional. The girl on the way back - this job is not his thing... It was first time renting in Kaunas Airport but the standard of service was as expected. Pick up took less than 5 mins and drop-off took 2 mins with no issues whatsoever

Rent a car through their website for 4 days at Florida airport and paid deposit. Our flight was delayed and when we went there they said no car avilable as it was a no show? And no refund? So they want us to call from the plane to inform that we are being delayed? Have some sense...
