Friendly staff at counter with no hard sales pitches, fast and efficient sign-in. Two employees waiting as we got off the elevator to pick up the car. They took their time to inspect the car with me prior to me taking it. Return experience was just as friendly and helpful. This is my go-to company for future rentals

After a quick check in at the counter, I went to the third floor to get my car. When I got out of the elevator, someone was waiting to take me to the car to check over before I was on my way. It was absolutely amazing!
Everything worked out perfectly, left the airport and transporting us to the rental facility was waiting as we walked out. The truck was ready and clean. No problems all week. The return was just as simple. Dropped the vehicle and got on a waiting bus back to the terminal

We rented a car at Alamo through bookinggroup.com. The price was great, no problems with the booking. I put 00:00 as the time we would pick up the car, our plane had a slight delay and we arrived at the rental counter at 00:45 but they were all locked up and closed. We ended up taking a cab to my in-laws home for $100. I tried to call Alamo, they said I needed to get the refund from Bookinggroup.com. I called, then sent the email as requested. 33 business days later, they said we didn't pick the car up on time so it was a no show and we are responsible for the whole bill. Even the insurance. The Alamo counter is supposed to be open until 01:00 am, so I feel like being 45 min late isn't late enough to be a problem and not getting our car because they chose to close early isn't right. I would have expected Alamo or Bookinggroup.com to support us but neither one did.
Bookinggroup.com put the blame on us because I didn't put in our flight information. If it is that important it should have a hard stop in the initial booking request. Also, Alamo wouldn't have had to wait extra if they knew our flight was delayed, they weren't supposed to be closed yet.
It was excellent saved alot of time, it was no hassle. Staff was great very helpful. I have used other car rentals, but no one beats BookingGroup. They get you in and out, this is great when you have places to be...
Love Richard at front desk but often times now they have less and less selection of cars. The car is completely in good condition. Fuel consumption is low
