The West location was able to meet my needs in a time of an emergency. I say thank you to the entire staff for the good customer service and good communication.

I never felt rushed nor had any confusion about the numerous papers that I had to sign (unlike previous buying experiences elsewhere). I will definitely recommend BookingGroup to all of my friends and family.

I always enjoy picking up from this location. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they work quickly to get me out as soon as possible.

I rented a vehicle From this site and when I arrived at the airport (at the time on the reservation) the rental company was closed. I had to rent a vehicle through another agency. I was denied a refund because of not canceling prior to 24 hours. I did not want to cancel the car rental company was a no show not me. Have tried multiple times to contact a representative and only recordings. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

This was my first time renting a car, ever! I felt that the staff at BookingGroup, specifically at the Mahan location, were very courteous, professional and kind. It took about 10 minutes to get me in the car and on my way.

The team was friendly and moved very quickly to get my vehicle and paperwork ready to go. The team also gave me a complimentary upgrade!

Once I got there they had all size cars parked along the curb and ready to go. I was able to go to the counter, process the paper work, complete walk-around and drive away pretty quickly

I get an upgrade literally every time I rent from there. Word of caution though, if you want to rent around the holidays, try and pick up your rental first thing in the morning, so they don't run out of cars.

We've rented vehicles from here about half a dozen times over the past year for business and personal trips. I would recommend.

Reasonably priced, nice cars, easy to patronize, helpful employees, convenient... I can't think of enough positive things to say about this experience.

They promptly handled my issue in a prompt and courteous manner they went above and beyond my expectations after dealing with the other unprofessional person at another location within the same company.

Just completed another 'flawless experience' at this BookingGroup! Checkout and check-in were quick, easy and uneventful.

The cars are always clean and full of gas. Plus, they normally have really good deals when you upgrade. I've been to this location about 10 times and will always go back.
