Great experience. I appreciate good customer service and the manager, Ian, was very professional and personable. It took less than 10 minutes to receive my car and I was out the door. Check in was just as simple.

Customer service here is great! Came in at 15 til close and the manager Ian still was willing and able to assist me and get me in a vehicle. Thankful to have 1 thing go right this week since my vehicle was stolen on Tuesday.

The manager, Ian, always is professional and goes above and beyond. Will definitely always go here for my rental cars!

We had an issue with the first van we rented because the back windows kept opening by themself so he swapped it out easily before we left for our trip. Return process is easy.

Unfortunately I had an accident with the rental car, despite it being agreed they would pay in December having chased them about the payment they are now saying it will be 2 years until they are likely to pay.

Everything went smoothly when I went to pick up the car. The price I was quoted on line was what I paid, plus a choice of insurance. I really appreciated the phone call 2 days after the return to tell me what I would be billed. Same as when I left

I had been to the Mishawaka location, one of the only ones open on Sunday. I waited in a long line and they were out of cars. Monday, this Elkhart location picked me up and had me out the door in a sporty Maxima fast and with no drama.

I have only used BookingGroup on Nappanee St because they have been very helpful, quick and very friendly. My last trip was made very easy for me by their associate, but I never got his name. I would like to thank him for taking time to advise me on all options available to me.

Have only been here once to do a vehicle swap, they were impeccable. When I arrived, they knew who I was, took the time to make the swap and made sure everything was right.
