Good prices, friendly employees and the shuttle driver I had was great and informative. Usually alot of car rental places I've been to are trying to pressure you and squeeze every dime out of you that they can but I didn't get any of that here, much appreciated

YOU WILL HAVE NO COVERAGE.

Firstly, they did not inform me of the deposit when renting out the vehicle, which was 5 times the price of my rental.

I rented the car and purchased their Full Coverage Protection 3 weeks ago and was not informed at the time that there will be a 2 year delay in making back payments even though they were fully aware that was the case.

I wish I had read the reviews.

Easy to work with, the cars was nice, check out was quick and the valet service so my wife didn't have to ride the bus was awesome!

I would definitely recommend BookingGroup London. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was clean and of the required category. Quick and trouble-free checkin and checkout.

The only thing I was surprised by was a deposit which was required at the time of rental; I had paid for the rental in advance and did not realize this would be required. The drop-off was a cinch. I would recommend BookingGroup to anyone looking to rent a car!

Got a 3 week insurance claim rental. The associates explained the payment and claim process and kept me up to date each week on the insurance company activity. Zero headaches, great service.

The only BookingGroup I rent from. The whole staff is friendly. I'm always in and out very quickly and efficiently.

I also really like that the price quoted is exactly what you pay, no hidden fees at checkout. I have rented with many rental companies including BookingGroup in the past but going forward will stick with them solely.

Last minute needed a car and they took care of me. Clean and in good condition. Got the car in under 5 minutes at a good price.

What made it even better is that he remembered me from when I dropped off my car a week and a half ago, and coming from someone who also works in customer service, that is huge! Thanks again Kris for everything!

Never had a bad experience here, rent 2-3x per week from this location of BookingGroup. Looking forward to the train system to be up and running to/from the terminals, however the shuttle bus drivers often really help to brighten up your day! Keep up the good work.

I love the seamless process now that I'm a member. I literally walk to my car and drive off without having to talk to anyone but the person at the gate. I love it!

Good experience, had some issues with the toll tag and Andrew was understanding and refunded the charge since it didn't work.

Also, there was once an error on my invoice, and the local major correctly corrected it after 1 call to your customer service center. Very consistent product and I have used you now in Dallas and Chicago.

As a very recent customer, I was extremely pleased with the overall service. Staff was able to accommodate me within moments of walking in the front office.

I really appreciate working with this company in this particular location. I did not feel like they were too pushy.
