I would recommend them to anyone great customer service I recommend them to anyone there great people in Valpo

The only negative would be the way that the staff subjects you to 20 questions under the guise of making conversation. It should feel natural and friendly, but it always seems to come off as an intrusive interrogation.

Austin was very helpful and explained all the details of my car rental. He took the time to be personable and friendly. When I returned my vehicle, Adrian was also very professional and attentive. I felt the process to both rent the vehicle and return it was very quick and easy.

I would recommend this place when you are in need of a rental car. I am happy that there is an BookingGroup in Madrid we didn't have to go to South Bend or Valpo.

Kymie helped us from start to finish. She was very upbeat, friendly, polite, professional and the transaction was seamless. We will definitely be back at Berlin because of her!

Check in was also very quick and efficient. I also need to add that the shuttle driver upon arrival was probably the friendliest I have encountered.

I booked online and flew into Denver. I was directed to to my class of rental and given the choice of about 6 vehicles that were ready go. Check was a snap with their kiosk (didn't have to chat with a rep who was trying to upsell me).

Could choose car, very clean. Agent helpful in describing non-need for toll saver... everything went smoothly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave me a great rate and added an upgrade on top. Lots of vehicles in their fleet. I ended up with a brand new Chevrolet Tahoe which was great

Great experience with BookingGroup! Our flight was delayed, we were supposed to pick up our rental car at 11:30 but did not arrive to the facility til almost 1:00 am. The man at the counter was extremely helpful. They were out of minivans (cheapest option, why we rented), so he said we could pick any car at no extra charge.

Everything at BookingGroup was easy and smooth and I didn't have to wait at all even on a Friday pick up! Go nowhere else if you are at O'Hare.

Car rental was smooth. Everyone from start to finish was friendly. When I arrived I was assisted right away. The car selection was great and clean which is important traveling with an infant. I returned the car early and was credited immediately.

The staff is quick, helpful and efficient. I rent a car their at least once a month and have never had a problem. They have won me over - great prices, good service.

When I arrange for a pick up they are there quickly and on time. This is the only location I'll rent from. Thank guys at Crawford autobody. To receive the best you have to rent from the best.
