So many good things to say about BookingGroup, from the fact that they don't insist you on getting an upgrade, to the speed at which you can get a car, to their customer service when your car doesn't work out, to their transparency about incurred fees.

They were unable to provide a car rental near me yet would not refund my 88.00. They have no customer service that you can speak to by phone and would not respond to my e mail.

I always select the economy option and almost always get upgraded when I go to pick up my vehicle. Pick up and drop off is easy, the cars are always clean and I have never experienced anything less than stellar customer service

Then they top it off with personal connection of a representative who goes over the vehicle with you to ensure everyone is on the same page with what damage might exist on the vehicle BEFORE you leave the parking lot. The car was ready when I arrived and was very easy and comfortable to drive. At the end of my rental the BookingGroup agent arranged for a golf cart to take me back to the airport terminal.
