I ordered my things from boohoo & got an extreme discount using the discount codes provided via Google. Like 40% off So that was a plus. Ok as for the shipping I received my order between 7-10 days after my order which is a little longer then I wanted but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Secondly I had no idea about the tracking. The tracking website wasn't reliable. My package was said to had been delivered in Kentucky when I live in Philadelphia. I emediately panicked. So I reached out to them via Twitter By tweeting them exactly three times before they followed me & replied. Once I was able to inbox them and explain to them the situation and I pulled up the tracking. They then apologied for the delay and assured me that my package should be delivered any day. They had no specific day for me which I thought was odd. Usually when you send a package it's traceable and your able to know exactly when it will be delivered. Right after speaking with them my package was delivered that day. All of my products fit perfectly & were brand new and NOT tampered with. Some of their things run extremely small so when in doubt go up a size or two. Other then that I'm satisfied an I went and put in a second order.

Boohoo review

I hadn't ordered from the site before so I was a bit hesitant. My order arrived a week later. One dress had a small whole in it. But I didn't return it as I needed for a Wedding. I did contact boohoo about that and they said if I returned the dress, they would express ship another dress once they had received dress back. But that meant having to pay more money to ship the dress back and then potentially not having a dress for the wedding. Sizes also seemed to be inconsistent. One dress fit perfectly, but the other dress was too small. All up I ordered 4 items and I returned 2 if them. The return process seemed to take 5-6 weeks. However I received a full refund for the items I returned. I found it easy to contact boohoo customer service and they always replied to my emails in less than 24hrs. All up I would order from them again as I know I can return it with out any problems.

This is my favourite clothing website as they have a variety of amazing clothing from party wear to maxi dresses to everyday wear to swimwear and shoes. Delivery is always on time and the fitting of clothes are always as expected. Would highly recommend this site

I spent almost £200, with Next Day Delivery for last Tuesday. Didn't arrive, on Thursday I was messaged by a girl from Lincoln saying she had my package, I live in Southampton, Different name, different address. Boohoo were aware of this problem and did not tell me, there was no notification of delivery, for all I knew my package was still in transit, it took the honesty of a stranger to make aware of this. Boohoo have still not got my package back to me, they tried to get the girl have it posted to me! It is so difficult to get in contact with boohoo, I never had problems before so I hadn't noticed that they do not have a phone number, and with all of my emails a different person replies, who are rude and simply do not care. I previously had praised boohoo for their cheap prices but if you have to compromise on customer service for cheap goods I'm afraid Im going to have to shop elsewhere.

Some nice trendy clothes and good deals. Downside, is that almost every time I have ordered they have cancelled an item that I purchased because it was no longer available. But even more annoying is that their communication is non specific. So they will just send you a notice saying we are refunding/cancelling for that purchase but they do not indicate which item i your order they are not sending - so you have to wait for the order to be delivered to find it out. The account info on the website does not show cancelled items or returns. Returns take a long time. You have to pay for your return postage plus tracking. Then finally they refund you but again it is not clear accounting. One email will state the amount refunded, and another will notify you about a cancellation/refund on that order without specifying the item. It is just confusing and disorganized, and you cannot check back for clarity on your website account. The clothes are okay but sometimes run much larger than the size chart indicates. Pot luck, on sizing, so if possible read the reviews. I have tried to review items but even that review system is confused and disorganized.

I never write reviews for websites however my experience with boohoo.com has been appalling. I ordered a top on a Friday and paid 4.99pounds for next day delivery as I needed it for the saturday evening. This order never showed up and it still hasn't, however they claim the order was delivered and signed for. So either this is a complete lie to cover their own backs or they have unprofessionally given my order to the wrong house. After many emails and attempts to get in contact with Boohoo they simply failed to understand the situation, i must admit they did offer to re-deliver my order at no further cost however as soon as I replied to this saying I did want another order delivered they did not reply. I had to tweet them, where they responded acting very nice and pleasant but as soon as we started to contact on a personal message on twitter their replies were late and simply ignorant. I did not once receive an apology from anyone working for customer service. I certain that I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure none of my friends or family will either. In the end I decided to ask for a refund as there is no way i would waste my money on this ridiculous excuse for a clothing company.

I find the customer service better than any other place I have ever shopped online. They email you when your order is placed, when your order ships, when your order is 3 business days away, and when your order arrives at your doorstep. The clothing is a good price and is frequently on sale, making the prices even more reasonable. The clothing itself isn't the best quality in the entire world, but it definitely exceeds what you pay for since you do not have to pay very much. It is a trendy store with reasonable prices and exceptional customer service and I can find no complaints :)

To be honest I really do not understand all the negative reviews.

I ordered a red Christmas sweater on Nov 8th, intending to use it for a photoshoot with my dog on Nov 18th (we're doing our Christmas card... anyway). Only after they charged my card did I bother to look up the reviews, and once I saw all the feedback about late packages, I rushed to cancel my order (I'd paid the extra bucks for 6-8 day shipping). My estimated delivery was Nov 20th. If I wasn't going to get this sweater on time, I didn't want it.

When I realized I couldn't cancel my order, I contacted the boohoo customer service department (via e-mail, and on Facebook). Both reps responded within hours and let me know about an issue with the site, where the shipping company severely overestimates how long package arrival will take. They assured me that my package would be on time.

Still, I worried. It wasn't until the package arrived today (I was notified when the package was out for delivery by email; that was a nice touch) that I actually felt relieved. My order was nicely packaged and made it to my mailbox exactly six days after I ordered it. The sweater is in perfect condition, and is made with very high-quality materials. The fit is perfect. The color is as advertised. Shipping was expedient. Customer service was great.

I will definitely be ordering form them again. Really baffled about all the negative reviews, tbh.

Okay so i never ever write reviews for anything... lol, no matter how much i enjoy a site, product whichever but feel this one is well deserved.

I live in the UK, and know about boohoo because some friends wear the clothes and have ordered form them before. I had never bought anything from them before until this week.

Currently im in the USA, so i wondered if shipping would take a few weeks, but i saw they had a 30% off site wide sale so i ordered two things from them not knowing exactly when i would receive them but decided to give it a shot i saved something like $40 all together.

From the get-go the communication on my order was great, daily updates on where my items where and he expected delivery date. On the website they estimate 5-8 working days which i figured was just for the UK, and y'know... just so people could keep happy about delivery times

But they really did arrive within 5 days! Crazy! It made a leap over the atlantic and to my door in such a speedy fashion. Some UK stores don't even deliver this fast, and considering i'm 3000 miles away its honestly great delivery service.

Im happy with my purchases too, pretty true to picture for me (i ordered a burgundy cardigan and denim pinafore dress)

I would definitely recommend this site, all the negative comments on here have me wondering if they've stepped up their service recently, my order went so smoothly. Definitely give them a try!

Perfect!

I usually don't write reviews but this company was definitely worth writing one for. I got my dress within two weeks and it was perfect! Although it was a little big on me, the material was nice and good quality. The delivery was fast, the customer service was amazing, especially when tracking my order. I also had 25% off my order and free shipping. The only problem I had with it was that some lace bits looked like they had been cut off and wasn't sewn properly. I have ordered from this site before and didn't have any problems at all. This company deserves more business. 5/5 marks!

Im not one to ever write reviews, in fact. No offense to everyone on here i think people that waste their time to write reviews are strange. BUT, i thought it was worth the time to write one on boohoo.com. I read all these reviews before i ordered my items some bad, some good and decided to go ahead and order anyways because i wasn't paying a lot. I would just like to say i am very pleased with this site. While yes it took 3 weeks to get my package. (thats what happens when you order something online) i recieved an email every step of the way. From when they processed it to when it would be delivered with tracking. And it was actually delivered a day before they estimated. I ordered two shirts both size small (what i usually wear) and one thing i would recommend is ordering a size up from what you usually wear. ( a little tight) but other than that this site is great for the prices they have!

The Shipping Sucks

I paid $9.99 for my 6 business days deliver. It was suppose to come in today, I have an event I need to wear it to tomorrow. When I tracked the order it said its estimated deliver date is 11/04. I order my item on 10/02 and today is now 10/30, that is 6 business days and its still not here. BooHoo are thefts they said 6 days when in actuality its going to take 11 days. DO NOT SHOP AT BOOHOO!

Unwearable

I ordered a dress from Boohoo.com. I received it around a week later and was happy because it was all packaged nicely and folded. But then I unfolded it and one of the straps of the dress was missing. So instead of two straps to hold the dress on my body, it had one. Unwearable.

I'm from Australia and have been ordering from Boo Hoo for years now. I have never had any problems. That's not to say I haven't needed to send the odd dress, etc back, but that's simply because it didn't suit me or I wasn't happy with it. Refunds - great. Delivery to Aus in about 7 business days. Website - fabulous and very user friendly, big clear pics of clothing too which is good. Nothing worse than trying to get a close look at an item and not being able to see it very well. Half my wardrobe is Boo Hoo. Don't hesitate.

The worst, most unprofessional company I've EVER made a purchase from. Let's start off with the strange fact that they don't have a customer service number. How are we "the customers" supposed to contact them abt our orders if something is wrong. I ordered a bomber jacket 3 WEEKS ago in a medium & after weeks of waiting even though their website says 3-4 business days FINALLY received the jacket in the WRONG SIZE! They sent me a small & it didn't look the same as the pic on their site. Very cheap looking & just thrown in the bag. I emailed them & didn't get a response until 2 days later saying I could send it back but would have to pay shipping! WTF! It was their mistake! I sent it back & have yet to receive a tracking number. This company is a SCAM! I want a FULL refund A mfckin SAP!
