I recently bought some jeans, size 12. I am normally a 10. The jeans arrived labelled 'skinny' and were so tight I couldn't get them up. They are not described as skinny on the Boohoo site. I made contact with Boohoo and was offered a 14, which I accepted. I had not returned the 12s at that stage. The 14 was dispatched immediately and was delivered to Australia within the week. I have since returned the 12, but have had no prompting. The 14 is still a bit tight on my thighs, but is comfortable enough and wearable, and will be taken on my next overseas trip. I am very impressed with the no-fuss, speedy service.

SO ANGRY

I paid $15 shipping to receive ONE ITEM in 4 working days. It has now been FOUR WEEKS and I still have not received my one item.

The so called 'tracking number' they supplied me with does not work on the carrier website they claim is delivering my items, they said that my item was dispatched THREE WEEKS AGO and they do not supply you with any phone numbers to call when you have an issue.

I send in an email about this issue a week ago and all I received was an automatic reply saying they would reply after 24 hours. It has been A WEEK!

I am SO angry and I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company ever again.

Dissapointed

I order from boohoo.com and have done for about 2 years not.
I recently placed a order for a dress and a necklace.
The dress was SHOVED in a bag was not folded. And the necklace i ordered had a black piece missing, it was not in the packaging.
I will be sending back both items and may think about ordering from there again.

Very disappointed

The quality of the clothes I receive has always been good, and I have made 9 orders from Boohoo, but recently their service has been awful. Shipping to New Zealand is meant to take no more than 8 days, but my last two orders took more than 3 weeks. I recently ordered on Monday, and they say my order will not be dispatched until Sunday which is absolutely ridiculous as all previous orders were dispatched the day after I had ordered them. I had previously been very happy with the prices and quality of Boohoo but recently I have been very disappointed with the delivery and customer service and am considering not wasting my money buying from them again and instead buying from a shop that will send me my products in less than a months time. (to make this sound worse, I ordered makeup from the US and it arrived in 5 days.)

Good Experience!

I buy my clothes online a lot and I was very hesitant to buy from boohoo, but I went ahead and decided to try it and I'm really glad I did. As long as you know what you're getting, you won't be disappointed. I mean, come on. The clothes are cheap, you are not going to get great quality. I got some cute, trendy summer dresses that I can throw on and look great. The ones that didn't fit, I sent back and the amount was credited right back to my credit card.

Be smart about your purchase. Read the reviews, so you know about the sizing and quality... place your order and you're good to go. Happy customer here. I'll definitely order again.

Poor service

I paid for next day delivery but waiting already 6 days and nothing. They refused to return delivery fee too as they claim that they has made delivery attempt. I'm been siting at home all these days waiting my time for no good reason.

Awful material always

I bought 5 maxi dresses from boohoo and sent everything back. Everytime i purchase from here the material is vile, nothing lasts more then 1 wash, nothing looks like pictures. I dont know how they get away with it.

I've bought clothing from boohoo.com many times, and first of all i've got to say that the customer service is top notch. My orders have always been filled correctly, the shipping is FREE and fast, tracked and traced, and they email you status updates on your order. So the free shipping is if you spend a certain amount, in my case it's $40NZD being in New Zealand, and parcel always take around a week to arrive. Which is awesome considering that it's practically coming from the other side of the world.

Boohoo.com have a huge range of clothing, it takes me ages to trawl my way through all the pages and decide what I really want. Which adds to the fun of online shopping I reakon! Although there is such a high volume of options on offer at boohoo.com, In my opinion the styles appeal solely to a certain age range, teens- 20 somethings. A lot of it I think would be inappropriate for a more mature person, thankfully i'm still young enough to get away with it!: P

There is ALWAYS a sale on at boohoo.com, one ends and another begins constantly, which means you can get a lot for your money! The common sales seem to be 20-30% off everything, but they will have sales on all sorts at different times.

My only gripe with boohoo.com is that while I love some Items I purchase, others i'm not terribly happy with the quality. The fabrics can sometimes be really cheap looking, and i've noticed inconsistencies with the sizings, so make sure you measure yourself up for the item you intend to purchase. I'm generally a UK size 8 and some items in this size from boohoo.com fit me perfectly, while others are a bit on the smaller side.

Overall, I definitely recommend shopping at boohoo.com. Although if you're fussy about the quality of fabrics just be aware that they can be a bit cheapish, this doesn't affect the quality of construction of the garnment however, which has always been fine in my experience.

NEVER AGAIN

This company are an utter disgrace, and could not care less about their customers. I ordered a bikini from them on 21st Aug 2015, but as it did not fit, returned it using their own returns label, SELF ADDRESSED. Days and days went by with no confirmation of them receiving my return. I checked the Royal MAIL tracking site - as I obtained proof of postage - and it had been DELIVERED to their Preston Centre. Upon contacting Boohoo? DENIAL, DENIAL, DENIAL that they had received it. They would not even bother to accept the tracking number, and insisted on me photographing my proof of postage and attaching it in an email, which I did so. Days later I finally receive an email stating they had refunded me. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I paid £16.59 IN total, after a promo code had been applied. They refunded me only £12.60. I emailed them - 'It is because you used a promo code' which is totally irrelevant and illogical... I replied that I paid a total of £16.59, and wanted my full refund. They then refunded an extra amount of - for some unknown reason - £1.80, once again still not amounting to my full payment. This now made a total of £14.40... and I had paid £16.59! Once again, i contacted them to state that they still had not fully refunded me, then today I get a reply telling me that they had 'deducted the postage costs, and cannot refund postage', which again, is a downright scam on two counts. Firstly, postage is quoted on their site as £3.99, so even if that was the reason for the deduction, the figures do not equate, and secondly, THEY ARE BREAKING CONSUMER LAWS BY NOT ISSUING A FULL REFUND! I would NEVER use this company again. They are incompetent thieves, and I shall be reporting them to Trading Standards and issuing them with a CCJ tomorrow - which is easily done online now. DO NOT USE BOOHOO OR BUY A THING FROM THEM! If I could, I would give them ZERO stars.

I have been buying from boohoo now for over a year, each month. Their clothing is true to size and quality is on par with pricing if not better sometimes. I was surprised to see the negative reviews as I have only ever had positive experiences with this company. I live in Canada and it never takes longer than 5 days for shipping. All items are super easily tracked. I have only had to return one item before and it was extremely straight forward. I even wrote to them by email once telling them how impressed I was and got 40% off my next order. I'd say that was good customer service. Love boohoo!

Felt I had to write after looking through all the negative reviews. I have been a customer of Boohoo for a few years and have NEVER experienced any of the issues described in some of the negative reviews. Any items returned by me (not because of any problems, just the outfit didn't suit me) have always been refunded without any issue or complaint. Orders placed with next day delivery have always arrived next day. Even orders placed on general delivery arrived within 3-4 days. I cannot fault this company. I have and will continue to purchase items from their site. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I Am Pleased

The bad reviews that people post about this site may discourage you from buying. "poor customer service", "late delivery" and all the works. I would encourage anyone to try them out, have your own experience often times when people get there stuff with no faults they dnt bother to leave reviews hence the ratio of bad reviews to good reviews. I ordered my items on a Monday chose express shipping, the item was dispatched Tuesday n delivered by Friday. The items were in good condition however I must say in person they dnt look exactly like online, cuter online but they alright. So for anyone wanting to order from the site do not let the bad reviews discourage you, just measure urself so u dnt have a problem with the size when it comes and order. Have your own experience.

They are a Scam

The item was not as advertised. When I returned it with a tracking number and proof of delivery to them, they claimed they never received it and would not refund me. They kept asking for additional information and after 26 emails with them, I opened a Complaint with Paypal and was finally refunded after 2 months. Their name "Boohoo" says a lot.

I found out about Boohoo on an online forum, of a discount store's website and boy am I glad I joined that conversation! For the past 6 months, I have been doing a lot of online clothes shopping, and found just about everything I needed... except sexy dresses that come in longer lengths. When I first visited Boohoo.com, I was instantly attracted to the clothing - I found just the type of dresses I was looking for. After a couple of weeks looking through the site, I finally placed an order. I was very excited when I was sent a first time buyer discount code to use on my order.

The website is great! I loved being able the see the dresses on the models, in all the different colours, with one simple click. And what I was especially impressed by was the clean, professional video clip of the models walking in the dresses. Awesome! That made me REALLY want the dresses.

I was skeptical about ordering from Boohoo at first, because I usually only order from the USA, but the lovely products, nice website, great prices and very reasonable shipping rate sucked me in like a magnet.

I received my package in good time and thought it was a lovely, creative packaging, resembling the UK flag.

I absolute love my items! They are all great quality, and just as sexy, yet sophisticated, as I thought they would be. I will definitely be ordering from Boohoo.com again. Thanks!

This dress was longer when I bought it, but I cut and re-hemmed it.

Dont ever buy from Boohoo because if something doesn't fit and you are wanting to order a different size they will only refund you for the clothing and not the delivery, so you will end up paying for delivery again to re-order your clothing because of delivery! Also they dont have a customer service telephone number!
